I think it's fine at the moment

If people start flooding the list with inane questions like "What are
Zip files" etc, then maybe we should consider it.

Another option is to set it as a moderated list, and give everyone who
posts sensible stuff the right to post without it needing moderating.

However, hopefully this won't have to happen (..yet..)
