i built the link (atleast 3 times now) with different voltage dividers
for those lines that require them.
now... i know its got to be something i am doing wrong.... i still
cant download a VMS file to the VMU. the hardware (voltage dividers),
every version of them, all hit the 3.3 to 3.5v marks for the signal
voltage. not a issue, this is why i think i might be misusing
sendfile.exe.

now i dont know if Sören's code is more up-to-date, but i still
end up
with the same thing. reason i was saying it might be my error is in
hte syntax of sendfile.exe maybe i am not typing it right, lol, maybe
we need a VB version of sendfile... :) (for less human error)
