I'm from the hometown of, Wayne Gretzky and the Bell Telephone, a.k.a. Brantford
Ontario. Which is about 100 km west (60 miles for the U.S. members reading this)
of Toronto.

Mack
Well, as he said the manager there was willing
because he would take it all so there was less work for
his employees. And he was only paying like a dollar
or two per nes cart. (canadian) It can't hurt to
try..
I put up a Japanese Dreamcast Macross game and it
was taken down the next day. They told me to read
over the rules for selling videogames. The rules
stated that you couldn't sell import Dreamcast games
without permission. I contacted Sega and actually got
permission to sell the item, but eBay still wouldn't let me
(even when I forwarded them the information from Sega).
All I got from eBay were a bunch of automated
replies.

If eBay is monitored, it's monitored by people who
clearly don't understand the nature or intent of all the
different items up for sale. They should employ somebody
who just looks at the videogame items for sale.
people put words next to thier item on ebay
like,,,,

RARE (but its not),
NOT MANY OUT THIER! (yeaaaaah
right)
I also hate insane reserve bid's,,,
like when
they reserve the price for $300
and the LT is sooo
fucked up you want to stick it
up the guys ass when
you finally recieve it.

I shop for both Bikes
and games ,, oh and i collect laser disk,, you should
see some of the shit they say to sell these things.
Yeah..they banned firearms, and living organs,
and human remains...the list goes on and one...and
doesn't a Saturn cart fit in that category? But that
sucks that they cancelled your auction. But did you
have burns in that auction? They do cancel auctions
with burns if they see them. But....eBay is a weird
place anyway...so we SHOULD be used to this stuff by
now, right?
Well, firearms lol, those SHOULDNT be ebay items! Who knows what nutbag will get
the guns.. Thats just a sick concept, but oh no, not a Saturn cartridge! Booga
Booga... scarey! lol
I think it's cause they're the biggest and most
monitored auction site. They're worried they'll get shut
down...and with their profit margin...they can't risk that.
That's why they stopped letting you sell firearms and
other stuff like that too. Or maybe they're just
auction nazis :) Auction heil!
Ebay removed my auction within 2 hrs for having a
4-in-1 Action Replay Pro in it. No offence, but I think
thats major extreme, plus their Terms of Service only
mentioned rules for Dreamcast and Playstation products.
They didnt give me a chance to change the auction or
anything. it was immediately removed at my cost. DBZ:
Shinbutoden, and legends, and a 4-in-1 cart. the games are
back up (for another $7.50)... I also have a copy of
DBZ: Super butoden 3 (modded to fit into American
systems) on the auction block... Why is ebay such auction
nazis? :(
Does anyone know of any home versions besides the NES? I could've sworn it was
gonna be released on the TG16.

Also, who did the song for the arcade?
That's a dope song!
How many of you guys are in Ontario, Canada? I'm
moving to Ontario in a month and was wondering if
there'd be anyone from the club around. I thought at
least one of you was there. Let me know if you want! :)
Well, at a lot of the ones out here where I live,
I know for a fact that the employees take home a
ton of stuff against the rules, cause they've said
so. And yeah, they could get fired, but no one
enforces the rules here. We don't have a value village
tho. Also, when that stuff does make it to the shelf
here, half the time they put it at double what it's
worth, even at goodwill these days, cause it's
'collectible'! :( Drives me nuts! Interesting thing about your
friend setting up a deal..makes me think.... :)
Let's see.. I'm winning at an auction for Twin
Eagle the jamma board by taito with manual and marquee.
And this guy who put up the auction is `american`
enough to put in how you can bomb the taliban and bin
laden in the game. I guess either feeling patriotic or
thinking it will sell better. Ebay removed the auction
citing that they're not standing for any references to
the sept 11 incident. Whatever.. It takes forever for
one to show up on ebay.. it was dirt cheap..
DAMNIT....
Let me correct something for you.. With Say value
village/savers they have a policy for which you can get fired if
you attempt to purchase the things before they hit
the floor. As for Salvation army/goodwill.. no most
times its collectors make a deal with the store
manager/warehouse manager to buy everything that comes through
video game wise (ie my buddy who's head manager for the
pet valu food chain in manitoba and northern
ontario..) He got 158 different nes carts, about 700 atari
carts, some sega stuff.. all from the salvation army.
The rest of the time its people who's entire life is
dedicated to spending all their damned time going around
and waiting out the new stuff hitting the walls and
shelves so they can take it and sell it over the internet
or at a flea market..
check out the photo section and make note, ill be updating it with another 40
games later tonight.
And i do have Dynasty Warriors cdr for $5 + ship.
I'm really mad at myself.....

I miss this
game 6 years ago at Diehard Gamefan (now defunct)
store near my place and it had really high price tag
($90). I didn't buy it and bought Neo WH2 Jet
instead.

I saw this game on Ebay last week and it had BUY IT
NOW for $40. Fuck..........I miss it
again...

Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Fortunately I still
