There always seems to be power supply problems in the TG16/PCE
community. I'm afraid I can't really help you for this, except maybe
ask that person on PC Engine FX what type of AC adapter he has exactly
and look for that on Radio Shack's website or elsewhere online. By the
way, Radio Shack employees never seem to know much about electronics
and they overcharge their items for way more than what they should be
worth.

That's unfortunate. My friend happens to have a TG16 that he never uses, so I'm going to try to borrow his AC Adaptor. With any luck it will work for the Duo....

Alright, I managed to figure it out. The PC Engine Duo-R needs a 9v, 1500 amp AV adaptor with a "C" plug. Glad I finally managed to make it work......
