Power Supply?   Message List

Hi, I'm new to the group and from what I can tell everyone here knows
a lot about the PC Engine. I recently bought a PC Engine Duo R, but I
don't have an appropriate power supply. I looked at the other
messages, and found that I had to buy a specific part from Radio
Shack, but when I looked for it I was unable to find it. Instead, I
bought a "Multi-Voltage 1000mA Power Adapter" that has several
different plugs. I was told by the salesman to use the "M" plug on the
positive end, but that doesn't seem to be working. Does anybody have
an idea?

Alright, I managed to figure it out. The PC Engine Duo-R needs a 9v, 1500 amp AV adaptor with a "C" plug. Glad I finally managed to make it work......
