Yep, Kaze-Kiri is definitely an over rated title. Everything besides
the formula it uses for gameplay is excellent. Lets imagine if
Kaze-Kiri actually used stages like a platform game and they were at
least decent and kept the same bosses from the game; Kaze-Kiri could
have easily been the best or one of the best games of all time!
Unfortunately I guess the designers got lazy after the graphics,
sound, and controls department.

More games I find over rated:

Dracula X (just barley classifies as being over rated)
Sapphire (mainly because of it's massive price tag)
Air Zonk (Don't get me wrong, it is certainly a fun game, but I find
it to get a bit boring after so long.)

A few games I find under rated:

It Came From the Desert (Okay so I am a sucker for cheesy FMV games!)
