The last boss I fought was the one close to where
you ride the "shoopuff". I have recently arrived in
Guadosalam. It's pretty safe to say that I've already fought
the boss you are talking about (22 hrs into the
game). Let me know which one it is and I'll tell you how
I was able to defeat it.<br><br> -Smitty-
Dude that Chocobo breeding was a bitch. I had a
strategy guide so I did it and eventually got Knights of
the Round Table to beat the game.<br><br>I'm 13 hours
into FFX and no world map has popped up yet. I'm stuck
on this one boss though, maybe you can help me out.
It's a spoiler boss and I don't want to say who it is.
What was the last boss you have fought?
I haven't gotten into Blitzball yet, I haven't bothered with it, but I soon
will. I should give it another chance.<br><br>As for Max Payne. Don't worry
about a "crap game gift" it's pretty diesel.
Thanks Illan29. That stand is exactly what I have
been looking for. I'm goint to order it sometime this
week. $75 is kind of expensive, but so was the wheel. I
think it will be worth it. <br><br>Has anyone played
Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance?<br><br> -Smitty-
I love a lot of the FF's mini games, but
blitzball I have found annoying so far. I have not really
tried making a new team or anything so I might like it
better, but so far I suck at it. I agree the chocobo
breeding was a pain in the ass too. That is why I love the
card came from FF VIII. IX was about the same but not
as cool as VIII because VIII you could play almost
anyone you came across, but as much as I really do not
like blitzball, I still love FF X. It ranks up there
so far as one of the best FF other than that I am
missing the world map and hope it comes into play soon in
the game. And I also kind of liked the random battles
in the other FF's. The random battles are not as fun
I don't think. I do like the sphere grid though. It
is fun to power up the characters in this way
instead of just leveling up.
I also hated Blitzball at the tournament. After I
was able to recruit a better team (and win a couple
of games) it really became addicting. As for the
past FF mini-games, I really did not like any of them
(especially the chocobo breeding/racing from FF7).<br><br>On
a side note, has anyone played Max Payne yet?<br>I
think that my girlfriend is getting it for me, but I
haven't even gotten to see the game in action on any
system. <br><br>I got the Logitech Racing wheel for
christmas. It makes Grand Turismo even cooler, but certainly
not any easier. I don't have anything to mount it on
and really can't get used to the lap setup. It's hard
to use the pedals when squeezing the wheel between
your legs. Does anyone have a good setup for
me?<br><br> -Smitty-
Well from the Blitzball I played at the tournament I hate it. I'm just not into
the FF mini games, no matter what it is. I'm so glad you didn't have to win to
progress in the game.
Thanks for the Smackdown info. Big D. I'll give
it a try if I can manage to remove the FFX from my
system. It seems that I'm rather hooked on Blitzball.
I've logged 3.5 hours at the same save point playing
games of Blitzball. Every 3-4 games, a couple of my
players need contract renewals. I then have to wander
around fighting so I can have enough gil to keep them on
the team.<br>What do you guys think of the whole
concept of the Sphere Grid? I'm kind of starting to like
it.<br><br>As for the the Harvest Moon guys, I guess a rental
would be a good idea. I'll try any game at least
once.<br><br>Later guys.<br><br> -Smitty-<br><br>P.S. I agree with
your thoughts on Raiden Big D.<br>In my opinion, that
is the ONLY problem with MGS2.
I've gone to the store on four separate occasions
to buy GTA3 and they have all been sold out! I'm
giving up and buying it online. I got Final Fantasy X
and it's fantastic, I'm stuck on this one boss
though.
Harvest Moon isn't for everyone. It's a farming
sim. I'm serious, you have to save a ranch which
involved raising cattle, chickens, and whatnot. It's a
really unique concept and I loved the one on SNES so I'm
game.
First of all, I agree. Smackdown is a big let
down. The control on it sucks. The graphics are not
that great. I wish that THQ would make the WWF games
for the playstation the same way they made them for
the N64. The controls were good and the graphics were
great for the N64. <br><br>If I remember right from
renting the game, you tag by hitting R1 by the ropes.
This is really difficult to pull off though. Sometimes
it seemed that the wrestler on the outside had to
have their arm outstretched to you and sometimes it
would work without. It is just very difficult. It also
took me a while to figure out how to stand on the
apron. I think I figured it out but i forgot how to do
this. Finally, my most wanted I pretty much recieved
for the holidays, but I recommend for mature gamers
to go out at get GTA 3 because it is excellent and
if you like RPGs then either you already want/have
Final Fantasy X but if you don't get it anyway because
it is also excellent. <br><br>-Big D- <br><br>P.S. I
hate Raiden and that is all i have to say about that.
Sorry it's been so long everyone, but I've been
without my PC for a while. I now have all of my most
wanted games. <br><br>MGS 2<br>Jak and Daxer<br>GTA
3<br>FF X<br>Devil May Cry. <br><br>I have finished none
of them yet, but am slowly moving through each one.
When I first got my PS2, I would only play Madden and
wish for more great games. Now I have too many to find
time for. <br><br>I don't know much about Harvest
Moon. What does it involve?<br><br>Another thing: WWF
Smackdown. What a disappointment. No voices, the story mode
blows, and nowhere in the manual does it tell me how to
tag someone into the ring. Can anyone help me with
this?<br><br><br> -Smitty-
Well,my most wanted are:<br><br>Metal Gear Solid
2<br>Grand Theft Auto 3(although I might not get
it,parents)<br>Time Crisis II<br>Final Fantasy X<br>SOCOM:US Navy
Seals<br>Headhunter<br>Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3
Here are the games I'll be buying over the next
few months.<br><br>Metal Gear Solid 2 <br>Jak and
Daxter <br>Grand Theft Auto 3 <br>Final Fantasy X <br>Harvest
Moon<br><br>What's everyone's most wanted games?
Hi relena, good to have you back. If it's any
consolation this club has been really dead so you haven't
missed a thing.<br><br>No PS2? Well X-mas is around the
corner? Have you been a good girl? Santa might be nice.
in Grand Turismo 3, the yellow s class corvette
c5 or whatever, my uncle worked on that car in real
life. lol i just got back from virginia and saw him,
and we were talking about a little race me and my
little brother had. i had the corvette. he had the red s
class viper. i kicked his ass. my bro (also a race car
guy, works at sears point raceway, used to be a
mechanic too) told us that we were reenacting a famous
race between those two cars last year. anyhoo, my
uncle told me 'i hope you kicked his ass' lol. anyhoo,
if you've ever heard of cole performance, or
B.R.I.T.S, my uncle is the owner of cole performance, steve
cole and my brother is the buyer for B.R.I.T.S
(British Racing Imports something or other i forget) aint
it neato!?<br><br>peace,<br>relena
I bought ICO awhile ago and I just finished it
tonight. I must say I'm very very very impressed. I've
never played anything like ICO. You play as this boy
named ICO who has to guard and guide a princess through
this huge, I mean gigantic, castle. I've never seen a
more elaborate castle design in all my years of
gaming. It’s just one beautiful moment after another.
This is one of the few games I’ll actually play
through again sometime just for the sheer enjoyment of
it. The only downfall is the playtime. It’ll give
most gamers 5-6 hours your first time around. Which is
incredibly short but it’s so worth it. Give it a rent at
least.

Even Madden fans have to admit NFL2K2 looks
better. The Player models in NFL2K2 are better and the
faces look even more realistic than Maddens bug eye
players. So go to the photo section and check out Maddens
doom.
