I'm guessing you're talking about HOTD3, right?
 
Sounds like the key assignments are different.  The Troubleshooter assumes the following keys:
 
Player 1 Trigger=X
Player 1 Reload=Z
Player 1 Start=Q
Player 2 Trigger=N
Player 2 Reload=B
Player 2 Start=T

Installed new troubleshooter and am having a problem.

Player 1 works fine, but player 2 when you pull the trigger instead
of shooting, it pauses the game. Do I need to change the keyboard
mapping for the game or am I missing something?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for all your hardwork.

PS. tried it with HOTD2 (Xplosiv) and still works great.
