Do that and also keep in mind that you can mod your
NES 2 (toploader) to have stereo sound (of course it
would only be mono sound since they didn't make games
with stereo back then). I (as well as Joe I know of,
possibly others) would like to be updated on your
progress, if you don't mind, we can offer constructive
criticism also.
