OK ! I got it working now ! WOW ! this is fantastic ! Many thanks Tobias !

For the record, you have to setup and empty hdf from winuae, and partition it with hdtoolbox in DE1Minimig. HDInsttools doesn't work. That was where I was going wrong ...

One more question Tobias, the slow memory in minimig, can it be made Fast ram ? like 68k core have direct access to it ?

here is a project for 8 mb fast ram for amiga 600. (maybe you already know)

it has verilog source for autoconfiguring 8 mb ram. If you can use this in DE1 it would be great ! (even only 4 mb)
