I must be missing something - probably just don't know how to use it.
The new version starts on DE1 with all switches UP with a blue screen stating
the version and showing progress of uploading the kick rom.
Then it goes to a gray screen. Last serial message is "Bootloading is complete".
I have added a file r3.rom. Now it is also loaded but still no other signs of
life. Doesn't respond to the KEY3 any more.

What am I missing?
