Heroes III and Heroes III Complete do not run natively in OS X, but
they run perfectly through Classic. Many people have been wishing for
an OS X native version of Heroes III, but, from the story I heard, that
is not likely to happen.

Nothing will run under classic without O9S being installed. "Classic" is just OS running running in a sort of virtual machine....
