Expect on the ARM7 architecture a full 48K 128Kbps Layer3 stream to require
close to 30MHZ..
Obviously pretty useless for the GBA's underpowered CPU..
So just to give you a hint :) 16K mono MP3 takes just over 5MHZ of power.
The power required for other variations of bitstream and sample rates, scale
in a fairly linear fashion.
