mostly because their own programmers couldnt come up with similar
developement tools then, i guess. a emulator is in many cases
a quick and easy method to debug your program. sure the current
release of GbaEmu is quite far from a "reliable" stage, but you
get the idea..

that's just for my toughts about this matter..
