This does work on my GBA (credit to Jeff for the cable) but I think the
opinion of many here is that it will be faster just to plot 2 pixels at
once and accept the loss of resolution...

I don't think vgba 1.0 gets it right either but BoyCott Advance 0.18b
Linux SDL version does so try the latest 0.19 prolly.
