Rusty Wagner's VGBC GBC emu is quite cool, free and opensource, I think
he would allow his GB soundchip emulator routine (what is one of the
bests I think and adjustable) to be used in a free GBA emu for credits
and stuff. You can get it from here: <http://www.graphicsstudio.net/>,
more precisely from here: <http://www.graphicsstudio.net/emulator.zip>.
Also there is an opensource GBA emulator, EloGBA, not as complete as
VGBA, iGBA or BoyCottadvance I think because it was stopped earlier, but
can be useful, you can find it here: <http://www.g-trans.de/elogba/>,
more precisely from here: <http://www.g-trans.de/elogba/EloGbaR1.zip>.
