What about the cartridge shell? If you open a real cartridge, you'll
find the board is thinner than most blank PCBs. (At least the two-sided
ones I get at RadioShack...)
Of course, you could make yours a bit wider than a normal in-shell one
and have one that doesn't require a shell.
