you could use sox http://sox.sourceforge.net/ or just about any sound
editor to convert your sounds to gba format and choose a suitable sampling
rate, then choose one of the methods described here:

to get it into your rom

Hi people im new to the group and was wondering what you use for converting sound to C/C++ files i've heard that the program called 'Simon' works quite well...
