Is it confirmed that the WRAM is 256KB now? Or was that just a wild rumour?

1024 / 256 sprites ?? Small correction ... the maximum is 128 sprites (OAM), ranging from 8x8 to 64x64 I guess you meant background/sprite characters and not...

... Well, I actually hear that the cart ram data bus is only 8-bits, but I could be wrong... ... I'm not too sure, I haven't actually disassembled anything yet...
