Not impossible? Bull. Semiconductor devices *can* be made effectively
tamper-proof, that is, by the time it's cracked, the information has
negligible market value. For instance, Capcom CPS-2 ROMs are encrypted
with a secret algorithm and a secret key, and when the decryption chip
is tampered with, it commits Capcom Suicide.
