I don't know about the US, but there is one in Europe. You should check out English websites, and order one if you want it. It will work anywhere....

No, there currently is not a browser in the Usa,and doesn't look to be one. Your best bet is to import the European one....

The great thing about the Ds is that there is no region lock on it or it's games. So yes, the game will work on your UK Ds....
