I'm not aware of Satourne being the best either. SSF has almost
always been the best to my knowledge, Giri Giri was better for a while
but then SEGA bought it out and SSF took the crown again.

I have NEVER gotten Satourne to run at all, SSF was a problem because
it always needed a PC far more powerful than I had. Giri Giri was
good middle ground but with current PC power SSF kicks major ass as
its got REALLY good compatibility.
