As far as im aware Giri Giri is the fastest. I think it will only get
close to full speed with 3Ghz or faster CPU though.
NiGHTS is almost playable (still with bad audio) on an AMD AthlonXP
2200+ (2Ghz) and I expect thats one of the games using the most of the
hardware.

I will have to find Panzer Dragoon Saga and see how it runs here. I
know first generation games like Panzer Dragoon (1) and Daytona USA
run almost flawlessly full speed. In fact, Panzer Dragoon runs better
than the X-Box version that comes with Panzer Dragoon Orta.
