I just popped Phantom Brave, but I know that there's something in the
game called extra maps that you get after beating the game.? How do you
get it and do I have to start over to do it?

You can get it by creating a titlist, he'll have a lvl 30 Big Bang
right at the start. But if you wanna fuse his skill to someone else
you're gonna need A LOT of mana.

Here's a neat trick:
Some characters aren't good at leveling skills. That would be those
with letters like C, D, E and F for skill aptitudes.

But if you want to use these characters anywhere, there is a simple
way to level up some of their skills quickly. Just summon the phantom
you want to level in battle, and summon another phantom with an S or A
in the skill type you want to level. Then have the high aptitude
character pick up the low aptitude character, and have them attack
with the skill you want to level! For this to work, the skill must be
part of the phantom, not a weapon.

I just posted a link that lists every skill in phantom brave. Even
though I've played the game a whole lot, some of these skills are still
unfamiliar to me. I'm thinking of making a mega-list, of ways to get
every skill in the game. I'll probably never complete it, but I could
collect a lot of information if everyone helps! Just take a look at
it, and describe how to get any of the skills on it that you know. I
could create a database file with all the info.

This could be really cool!

Whoops! There are 7 attack types. I looked them up in the game.
There is a help file on them too, under battle help. This is what I
will refer to the attack types as from now on:

1: Sword attacks (white sword on black background)
2: Spirit attacks (sword surrounded by flame)
3: Elemental attacks (lightning bolt)
4: Plant attacks (the little plant)
5: Space/time attacks (four black diagonal lines on grey background)
6: Skull attacks (white skull on black, these alter statistics)
7: Heart attacks (a pink heart, these are mostly healing skills)

I'm compiling a list of the secret moves in the database, and I'm not
sure what to call the different attack types. You know, there's ones
with a heart icon, others with a plant, others with a sword, etc.

I've looked in the in-game help and I can't seem to find names for
them anywhere. So for now I will refer to the 6 attack types as
sword, spirit (the sword with a red background), plant, heart, magic
(the lightning bolt), and space/time (the three diagonal lines on a
gray background). If anyone knows the official names for these attack
types please post them here!

a granny is a class you can unlock in the story maps and in the
dungeons. It is an old woman in a hooded cloak who is really bad at
fighting, but will remove dark points from your party members
automatically when you leave the island.

A Dungeon Monk shouldn't be able to do that. Only characters that
chat on the island can become depressed. Are you sure he's a dungeon
monk? Does he look like this picture: http://c-uncut.com/media/pb-

If you have a Dungeon Monk he should be able to make random dungeons
for you, and you can train in these. You can also gather money and
items. After doing this for a while you should get strong enough to
beat the boss you are stuck at. You can also unlock stronger classes

When you say Marion, do you mean Marona? (the main girl with green
hair who summons the phantoms). She levels fast in my game too, but
its not a problem. It's better that she become hard to kill so that
you never get a "Game Over."
I've heard some games where she levels extra slowly too, I think it
depends on whether you have her kill enemies or not. Marona knows a
lot of heart attacks in my game, so she is kind of good at killing
enemies. Mostly she used blinding light and energy ball, but she also
knows revive which helps a lot.

wow with school an everything letting out soon i'll probally be able
to pick up phantom brave again and finish the story and get to the
extra boards

cool site elecktra i know how hard it is to get a site going
with people.
where i live there are very few hardcore rpg gamers, yeah you get a
few that think they are cause they plaid final fantasy X but haven't
even unlocked nemesis when i mention disgaea or phantom brave they
have have no idea

i think the last time i played i was on a board where i needed to
throw marion across a gap so i could get an egg by using a bottle
mail to capture it
been looking for a pumpkin i missed in the earlier boards hopefully
i will get one ina dungeon
i stay away from the story boards but basically fight in the dungeons

i have been having alot of trouble with marion because she is twice
the level of most of my characters
so i have been using my fusionist alot just so i can keep cost of
mana of fusing items and characters to marion to the smallest amout
possible
is there anytime soon that she mellows out on leveling

my one idea for them to make this game better is allow multi player
or team battles maybe they will make that an option in the next one

well until next time
