vga box, vga cord, same difference and i have seen a few games that
didnt say vga on the box but were, and in the rare event you came
across a non vga compatible game you get a message telling you this,....
but again there is a workaround for that

Making games, browsers etc. vga compatible was an extremely
good decision by Sega right from the start and btw nobody else has
done this. Yes, you can now get a vga adaptor for ps2, but since the games are
not vga compatible it does not change the picture quality at all. As a matter
of fact some ps2 games actually look worse on a pc monitor.
When i finally had all the components ready, and changed over to
vga and fired it up, i was totally blown away,.......

WHAT???!!!!????

WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!

well, screw that tv noise then...
i had no idea...

so, what is the one percent that don't work?

what if the game does not say vga on the back? and
why do some say vga cord and some say vga box?

will those that are not vga-compatible not show at a
ll or does that mean it just won't be improved?

ALL browsers and 99% of games are vga compatible so actually
this set-up (which i use exclusively) enhances your options, the
speakers plug into the vga box, and the ones i have even allow you
to use headphones, i also use a kb adaptor because i prefer my pc kb,
but that is of course optional,........

well, i could only list 25, so, i whittled the list
down a bit and went with the real-time play games...
if there are mistakes or anything, i hope they are l
ivable because you can't edit a poll and making ever
yone vote again is almost always a sure bet to keep
people from voting at all...

i figure this can be a dcbg player match-up sort of
thing...

well, that is what i was thinking, but, then the set
up would be very lmited, right? i mean, isn't there
only a few games that work with it? and do any bro
wsers work with it?
and, things that do not work, don't work at all, rig
ht? i mean, those disks would have to be used on a

and, yes, if i am correct about the above, we were t

it sounds like you guys are getting ready to upgrade and i hope you
dont mind if i make a reccomendation or two,.....
first, if you want the most incredible dc surfing experience
instead of a tv, get a vga box and pc monitor, and some pc speakers.
you have the kboard and mouse (my monitor was less than $50.00)
the graphics are pc quality. But if a tv is your preference, try and
find one that has "s-video". Most tv's have av cable hookups but that
doent come even close to the sharpness s-video offers. s-vid cables
for dc are sold just about everywhere on the net that you would
find dc hardware, and maybe some local gaming stores in your area.
Just a few suggestions to possibly make your dc more enjoyable,.....

i will plunge back into this again (i had researched this before but at the
time didnt think it was relevent enough because so few had dpp) and i:ll
provide some links, etc. It will take some time because a lot of this stuff
was following different pages, etc.

love to be able to have all the services that isao o
ffers... money is not an issue, so, whateve it took
i would probably be pretty willing to get as many s

on the contrary, i have yet to chab anyone in china who
even used dpp, i have been told it was unobtainable there
to this point, and to add to the confusion, in addition to
"regular chab", there is "chabcall" (a different but free

I had the same idea about the card
games-
Your cards are shown on your VMU,
while your onscreen character(s)
show the action- rejoicing or
crying- in seven card stud and such,
have your face cards onscreen and
your down cards on vmu.

Whatever happened to the parlor
games we were supposed to get
around first-quarter 2000?

frickin' online feature into ceasar's palace or hoyle casino... i haven't
played hoyle, but, cp is already set up that way and it would have been
PERFECT... i have spent more time in a casino than i have spent playing games
on the dreamcast...
