Actually, his site is listed twice!

You'll find a link in "The Most Useful Sites for Dreamcast'ers" and "Dreamcast
Saves Download Files" folders.

If anyone spots a link to his site elsewhere among the bookmarks, please let me
know.

Errr, were you visiting his old URL? (www.blueswirl.fr.st)

That's been like that since over a year ago.

His current URL (which is working, coz I just been there) is:

http://bswirl.kitsunet.org/

... and while I have your attention, visit this site if you love old arcade
games like Joe Blade, Outrun, Operation Wolf and many more:

http://uk.arcademuseum.dk

If Bluewsirls link is in the bookmarks/links page then I'll correct the URL. If
not, I'll post up the link to it :)

Blueswirl is down right now . After many problems with 505 error
there is now a "account suspended " message . So for the time it's down
here are some links to websites that allow you to upload or transload
your savegames bookmarklets ect

I have tried this uploaders last week and they worked fine
though 3 of them give you a error message after you uploaded
your stuff .
Yust load a website after you uploaded your save
eg www.google.to , then hit back and you will be able to transload
your saves . Also the one hosted on geocities.nl wants to redirect you
to the geocities main site , hit cancel to avoid this .

Hey thanks for your response . Well good to hear that ch@b still work
. Then i asume they work currently on the email servers , and disabled
the login ... ?

As for ch@b and win200 it worked fine for me . But under win98 it
don't want to install , i tried the webinstaller and the downloadble one .

I guess it have something to do with some ini's missing or whatever .
Also win98 don't support winsock

However this problems with my isao account lead to ,that i updated my
myroom site with links and some text :p

Oh and about the java ch@b applet version , i saw here on the group
archiv that you need to enable "jis compiler and loggin" somewhat in
your java options .

But still no succes . It loads , then i put my account infos in
username passwort . And click on the connect button .

It then tries to connect . . . . after 4 secs it gives me a error
message . If i then switch the connection method to TCP it yust takes
1 second to bring me this ugly error message

ANyone had luck in using the java applet under win98 ? I tried it in
the past on my win2k setup and had the same problems ...

I count on your guys ! I miss my ch@b :]

Hy

Im having problems with my dricas/isao account lately

I can no longer login into my webmail account ...
I Tried it 3 days ago , and today and it gives me a error
message "login failed"

Then i tried to login into my myroom account , and this works

Im a little bit scared , that i may loose this account or will not be
able to check my mail and use ch@b . My Computer hd had a data failure
and my win2k disc is screwed . So i need to use my old win98 Os .Since
then "1,5months" I could not use ch@b as the installer gives me a error
and the java applet never worked for me . Could it be that my accout
get deleted because i did not used my account much for 1,5 months ?
"All i have done is logging in 2 times into my webmail"

Does anyone else have problems with the webmail client ?

Hi folks,

If anyone has been trying to contact Sega Europe recently (err.. last couple of
years!) they have moved their UK-based European offices.

I just noticed on the back of my Sonic Gems Collection (for err.. Gamecube) that
Sega's new address is:

SEGA Europe,
27 Great West Road,
Brentford,
Middlesex,
TW8 9BW.

The manual does not include a phone number, so if you don't want to write to
them you will have to visit their website:

- Completion of the First Installation of the New Motorola Canopy(TM) Wireless System.
- Approval to Launch a City-Wide Wireless Network.
- Recognition by Wi-Fi Planet.

- Announces Exclusive Agreement to Place WiFi Antenna System in California.

- Announces that It Signed a Contract to Provide Wireless Internet Services to an entire South Florida Community

::::BREAKING NEWS::::

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(MARKET WIRE)-- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (Other OTC: GTRD.PK ), a publicly traded company currently on the over the counter, announced that Global WiFi Plus, Inc. a leading provider of total solutions for wireless communications, signed a contract to provide wireless Internet services to a premier property in Delray Beach, Florida, consisting of over 125 luxury homes. Under the terms and conditions of the agreement, Global WiFi will offer the residential user an alternative from cable and DSL Internet providers and will deliver not only high speed access with additional security, but can also deliver additional capabilities including VoIP, Video on Demand, and IPTV designed to broadcast "Board of Directors" meetings to the individual homes.

Global Triad Inc.
Is currently trading under the 10 to 20 cent level, which is much undervalued with all their new cutting edge products, recent news announcements and their short-term and long-term projected numbers. The stock has a 52 week high of 1.05 which puts its current price level at a very attractive entry level for an investor.

If you take the time to look at this company, we know you will definitely like what you find. The continued marketing campaign to get the public aware of the companys products and value as an investment along with the projected sales in 2005 and profitability in the third quarter could bring huge returns for the fast acting investor.

The Company and Products:

GTRD has three subsidiaries that are on the cutting edge of technology. The three divisions are a perfect match for Global Triad Inc. to be a leading force in the digital communications sector. They have a fast access broadband wireless delivery system (WARP-SPEED) that is two times faster then DSL and also supports video on demand with hundreds of movies and V.O.I.P. The company has its data storage facility know as (WEBCAST). This product allows corporate users to store their sensitive data over the Internet with SSL encryption security to the Global XS encryption facility. This facility exceeds over 700 Terebits of storage capacity. The company has all their products listed on their website. Global TV, Inc (one of their subsidiaries) has signed a letter of intent with Municipal Solutions, L.L.C. This agreement gives Global TV exclusive rights to provide high-speed wireless broadband technologies to clients of Municipal Solutions in more than 7 states that are key municipalities and government agencies including the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army.

Take the time to look at this stock it could be a real nice percentage gainer for an investor in the short-term and a home run for the long-term investor.

Its proper name is "Sega Multimedia Karaoke System" and it sits under the DC.
The modem is pulled out of the DC and slotted into the add-on. As you sit the DC
ontop the add-on has a bit which slots into the expansion (modem) port.
The add-on allows you to connect up 2 proper microphones (one of which is
included in the package) and contains a volume switch for each microphone.

I'm not even sure I can use this now though *sniff* as it downloads songs from a
Japanese website (Sega's?). Included along with everything else is a thick book
containing around 16,000 songs which you could (and still can?!) download and
sing along with.

More details coming soon.

Hi folks,

I managed to get a VMU from someone off eBay the other week containing files for
*all* versions of Samba De Amigo. I shall be posting these files (via DK3) to
the DCBG-Files group in 2 weeks. If you would like to recieve these files, then
join up and make sure you select to recieve individual emails.

thanks for that.

In a completely unrelated topic I found a rare (so it seems) VMU with save files
unlocking all the songs from *all* the versions of Samba De Amigo.
Once it arrives I can try it out on my JP Sambe De Amigo - don't have ver. 2000
yet ;(

Selecting the logo gives you a 10 minute advert featuring clips from
some of the DC's games and the original DreamArena too :)

No, I don't think so. Basically Sega with their marketing pounds, decided to sponsor the release of eXistenZ (because of its Videogame themes) when it was released prior to the Dreamcast's launch (sometime in summer 1999), they had Dreamcast pods and videos running at the premiere, it was just a PR stunt really.

So the money they got from Sega obviously went into the DVDs release too, hence why there is a Dreamcast logo on the back of the box at the bottom ( I think) and the trailer reel on the DVD itself.

Hope that helps,

David Balson

Do any other DVD's feature DC ads?

well the DC's modem cant do Modem Hold, only 56K
v92 modems do.
The only thing the DC modem can do is dissconnet
when there is a Incomming call, like ur asking.
If I remember right the PW Browser is set up to
do that unless u entered the Disable Call Waiting
* prefix numbers under ISP setup.

I need a way to disable modem on hold on the Dreamcast (56k).

Are there any modem strings to use to disable this, so you won't miss calls?

Do you think your internet service provider can do something about this? My ISP
have very limited Dreamcast support. They only tel you to plug in your account
info and that's it. Any more Dreamcast help questions asked won't do any good.

Thanks for your time.
