Hi all,

It took a while but I finally found the time to look
at your blogs.

My fav pic is "whitesandsmaryb", its just a beautiful
pic, a bit like in films where someguy/s are stuck out
in the desert and they think they see a babe on top of
a sand dune... only its a mirage.

Its amazing how your foot & shoe prints were preserved
in the sand, and writin your name in the sand is also
a great pic.

Hope you (and your families) are well,

OMG, I can't believe it, I'm sure most of the regulars know me, I'd post every
few months with questions about the DC BBA and how to go online with it. Then
I'd post how the DC BBA doesn't work with DSL. Then how I tried it with cable
and still not working.

Well next week I'm getting a real computer, and since I already have an Xbox on
cable internet I needed to buy a router so my new PC can share the connection.

Tonight I tried the BBA one last time with the router. I wass blown away, it
works flawlessly! I'm surfing, I'm playing Q3A. I can't believe I got it all
working one week before I no longer need it.

I love Dreamcast...

acctually, the places with news about DC is DCEmu, DCEmulation, IMR
Technology... i have so many things to do, but i still use my DC,
playing good games as Rent a Hero Number 1, Propeller Arena, Tokyo
Bus Guide. i usualy surf the web with DC, just to keep the 'tricks'
in my mind, i dont wanna forget the open window script, and so many
things...

im working with games too, just starting to work with C and C++. i
just made some 'sierra' stile games, but its not as good as i want
yet. we have now a team working in a Speed Devils Online Server, and
other good projects.

my msn ID is paulokhm@... . im online everyday, and everyone
can add my ID. i will be glad to talk to DCBG dudes.

see ya all.

Hi folks...

Sorry to say but due to overwhelming job
issues my time for email lists and such has
taken a back seat. I guess my usefulness to
this (or other) lists has pretty much run
it's course so I removed myself from 15 or
so groups. Hopefully others will "step up to
the plate" and keep the original intent and
spirit of this group alive by helping
others....

Anyway it was fun. Still a "DC'er" at heart.

Take care,

Karl

and don't forget GBA-SP's... can't live without mine!

anyway, yeah, as a few people know, i have been unavoidably detained, or at
least distracted, especially now... the curious can read up at our blogs...
http://insidiousplots.com/him
http://insidiousplots.com/missmary

and, yeah, miss mary and i have been trying to find more time for gamecube
pso, and i am trying to get time to finish ps2 splinter cell (already beat it
on gc), but, being out of town so much, i usually settle for gba advance wars
(and maybe some occasional go here on my psion)...
and i hear this dreamcast plays games... will have to look into that someday
:D

good thing drobb is still here or we would have been overrun with spam long
ago (i can't access yahoo groups on my psion), though, we seem to have lost
karl a week or two ago...
i don't get much online time these days, but, i still get the group digest,
so, i have not gone anywhere and i read every post, just like every post that
has ever been posted here and previously at vgso, my record still holds...

as far as socializing, i have no idea where dcbg'ers hang out these days to be
social... we had a "DCBG-Social" group for all off-topic stuff, but, not sure
we ever used it... irc and other chat is usually a bit pointless for
dc'ers... however, i get on ICQ as often as possible, so, i can be found
there (199853486)... it is on my psion (handheld computer), so, i can have
icq wherever i am... i also have irc on here, so, if there is a recommended
place, lemme' know... and i know more than a couple message boards branched
out from here, not that i visit boards much...
i have all sorts of nice features with my webhosting package, and one of them
is email groups, so, i had thought of hosting a simple email group for a
circle of friends...
heh, maybe DCBGVets or something...

anyway, the day is just starting and i have much to do...

It's good to hear from you all. As long as we keep on working in our
projects it'll be OK. Some months ago 3 friends and I have started
working on YET ANOTHER Dreamcast web, this time for spanish speakers.
It's true that there aren't much news (new emulator releases, etc.)
but it's summer and holiday time. If you don't believe me check www.
dcemu.co.uk, some time ago they posted something like a "summary" with
the last two months of homebrew releases and it was surprising to see
how alive the scene was. And remember we're still waiting for some
commercial games...

I was working on games for my amiga (they
are now compiled and workin beautifully) and
my internet time has been busy with lots of
things so my websites have been lacking in
updates....

.. and the domain I got for VM animations
hasn't been updated (well, started!) in months..
maybe its time I got back in to them?

Hey! I just  got dreamcast too. I ordered 2 controllers and got a keyboard from some friends. Then I wanted to get Planet Web 3.0. I searched everywhere and I found ONE person selling ONE copy on ebay for 20 bucks. I bought It right away. Check ebay, its your only hope. But if I get bored with the browser, maybe i will sell it to you.
