eh?

If you saved images on to a memory card and then
uploaded them with the prohosting site then they
should be automatically extracted and then you ftp
them to your account as an image file (.jpg or .gif or
whatever).
The only time I have knwon the "SAVEDATA.XXX" to come
up is when i tried uploading a non image(/sound?)
pic..

Hi,

I have built some sites using xhtml and CSS and wondered, if any
users have the time, to check the sites out, and send an email IF
anything is wrong in their display with the site.

Sorry to bother you, and this is probably NOT the place to post this
type of message, but I'd like to suppport as many browsers as
possible, and would really appreciate any feedback.

Please send any feedback to the following e-mail address, (as the
site e-mail address's inbox is Full at the moment with files sent to
me from users)

Thanks in advance

I haven't been here in a loooong time!

I have been so busy with everything that I haven't had the chance to
sit back and do the things I used to do. Reading my old posts, and
everything in regards to my old Dreamserv website, it almost feels
like it was a different person. What a wild ride I spent working on
those scripts, while at the same time, learning new things. I learned
CGI-Perl specificly because I was programing the uploader scripts.

Fliping though the old texts here, and landing on these newer ones,
it
was nice to see some of the old names I used to see daily, if not
frequently. Seems like such a long time ago, yet wasn't.

As for my Dreamcast, my baby is still here with me... still without
it's cover, I'm suprised it survived the move. I moved from
middle-of-no-where Michigan to Garland Texas, which is just east of
Dallas. My sturdy DC lasted, without it's coverings, all the way
down.
Living out of a motel for 3 months, it was my only form of true
entertainment (DreamSNES = nice)

I no longer have any of my old scripts... though it may be on a CD
somewhere, I haven't been able to locate it. I have always wanted to
sit down and write full, complete, and portable versions of all the
scripts I had made, but I no longer am able to find the time to do
these.

I'm always willing to help though, the Dreamcast community is where
my
true internet experience begun. If you need to store files, I have
server space or... if you need, well, anything -> astinus @ astinus.
net is the e-mail address. This was great fun, the entire time I was
working with my Dreamcast, and I hope to hear from a few of you
sometime in the future!

I suggest you read the FAQ and search the rest of this

Dream Passport is the Japanese Dreamcast browser....
we have Dream Key here in Europe and in the states you
have Planetweb.

sounds like you need to read the group faq, there is
a big link on the front page...

> critter_princess <badbird@n...> wrote:
> Or if you have the Dreampassport browser could you
tell me how do I get online with it using a USA dre
amcast system?

probably most of the people in the group use dreampa
ssport on a u.s. system, it is the main purpose of t
his group, and there is therefore a mountain of info
regarding using dreampassport to be found at the gr
oup and the associated resources, accumulated over t
he last three years or so that this group has been a
round...

i wish i knew what the problem you are having is, bu
t i do not...
perhaps there is proxy info? but, then i doubt you
could have gotten online with planetweb... but, pop
in a planetweb, go to options, look for proxy info,
make sure there is nothing in there...
make sure it is set to tone, not pulse dialling...
make sure any dialling info (such as a number to dia
l out, the area code, etc.) is all in the phone numb
er field, do not put info in separate fields... iow
, if it has a box for area code, leave it blank, put
all the numbers needed to dial in the actual phone
number field...

i just doubt that any of the above is the problem...
but, what you are doing is pretty much what people h
ave to do... post from time to time until someone t
hat knows happens to read it, many people do not sto
p by often...
just be sure to always list as many symptoms you are
encountering that you can think to list, the more i
nfo someone has, the better... (you can just save t
he email and repost it, though, i wouldn't recommend
  doing it every day...)

again, though, if you can get online using dreamkey
(i think you said you could), and can use the email
client (eg, your pop email account is set up), why d
o you need the dreampassport?
dreamkey works just fine with the jap site, i have r
ecently used it to transfer pics, so, that should be
all you need... if you need to email them, dreamke
y does it in exactly the same way that dreampassport
does, so, again, that should be all you need...

Hi everyone
Just joined today :) how's it going.

Just wondered if there are any Australian DreamKey users here? If
so, are you locked to Telstra or is there a way to break free of the
evil empire? :P
