Are you using Dreamkey 3?

How many of the forums can you see.. can you see the

Perhaps Negora has moved the site, or maybe Lycos ha

Some of them are not duplicate, i just move them up to the top.
I think you should use this source, it smaller and easy to edit.
http://tinyurl.com/2t4e2
from DK 3 browser source is very difficult to edit and big.
I will post my new VmuSurfer V2.2 tomorrow if anyone want to download (90 blocks
with midi. yep it big). I already upload to prohosting for web base instead from
VMU. It alot alot easy to use. You never have to copy and paste any bookmarklets
again. It does everything for you.

This is not the VMU/HTML Notepad.
Rather the text (notes) version....

Although small html docs can be created
(and saved) that is not the main point of
the tool. It is simply for note taking.

Hi folks,

http://www.dreamennia.tk is sadly no longer
compatible with Dreamkey/Dream Passport at the moment
thanks to Lycos... pages only load half the coding!
Though the site still works for Planetweb users.

Helga (mj13) has kindly set up a new board called 'DC

and we'd appreciate it if people would come join us
and promote the site to other DC users.

Hey,

Welcome to DC for web surfing! ;)

Most of us here are all about only having a DC to cruise the net.

Now, technically your cache will clear automaticaly when it's full.
And DP3 is a sweet browser, though most hardcore users here would
probably prefere Dream Passport Premier (like myself).

BTW I've never had to "clear the cache" except for more advanced
issues of which came when I knew a hell of a lot about DK/DP, so I
don't see as how you need to be concerned w/ that issue yet. There
are far better things to learn about DK/DP way before you'll need to
clear the cache.

OK. ;)

You certainly have found the greatest site for learnig to use your
browser though.

Also when your looking around the web you may want to have a look
around at other very important DC for web surfing sites and see
whats out there.

Other sites I recomend are

DC-SG and PSDBG

Can't find those off the net to easy? You can find them through my
DC Genie:

http://dcgenie.cjb.net

Unfortunatly some subjects are not discussible here at DCBG but
they  are at those other groups. i.e. "custom DC browsers (home
brews) and back up burns"

Good luck and welcome to using DC online!

Which uploader are you using?

I tried the Uploader v1 (outdated), which I couldn't
get to work at all and the Uploader Ver 2 (+extractor)
which seemed to work, but after visiting my website I
found that had failed too.. it had transferred some
text as an .JPG image due to one of Blueswirls hosts
having suspended one of his accounts (ages ago).

I guess he hasn't updated the links/coding properly
and, since he hasn't replied himself, I guess he's a
bit busy at the moment so try here:

http://snow.prohosting.com/droleen/uplo

Its easy...

- Upload your image
- Click on one of the 2 transloaders
- Enter in the relevant details, click transload
- Thats it! All done.

Any problems let me know... I use the 'droleen' site
for transloading all my pics and I'll mail swirl about
his site tomorrow.. its just getting way late for me
now (1:48am) but I am off work tomorrow so it aint so
bad ;)

Come on now karl, plenty of us out here are still chabbing!

:D

If someone really wanted to chab they could try to get a hold of
someones old chab ID. Like how Curt gave his to Cyber. But the trick
is finding someone who had an account that doesn't want their
account anymore. Because they are coveted they are hard to come by.

Karl does have a solid point if he's implicating that chab is not a
huge issue when you weigh the amount of ppl chabbing vrs. how
important the feature is. In that light see it as chab is cool but
it's not needed.

Really it's just a wierd Japanese instant messanger.

If you really want it though you'll have to look hard and maybe
you'll score an ID! If and when you do we'll have to chab! ;)

longer be activated. It's a pay
service in Japan (ISAO isp account
required to use it).

The good news...it wouldn't be of
much use, even if you had it. There
is rarely anyone on chab anymore.

Di have have to have a PC to register for CH@B?

I'm very confused with the steps I must take to start 'CH@BBING'.

Where do I go? What do I do? How do I do it?

Thank you again for your help.

What keeps the Dreamcast going online without having
to worry about running out of memory and having to
reset it?

Well, on Dreamkey 3 you hold down A and press Start 15
times (a little blip can be heard if you are
successful), then r trigger, higlight 'reload' (top
option) and press X + A together. "Do you wish to
clear the cache?" will appear.
Since Dreamkey, is based on Dream Passport the same
method should work, though u might have to guess which
is the 'cancel' button!

Is there a way to clear it while using DreamPassport 3.

What keeps the Dreamcast going online without having to worry about running out
of memory and having to reset it?

i don't have a computer, so the Dreamcast is the only thing i have to get me
online.. Pretty sad...and pretty poor.

I'm pretty new to DreamPassport 3. I just got it a few days ago.

Thank you for your time.

Hi, could anyone help me with this? I go to blueswirls uploader, fill in the
info and on the next page my pic usually comes up. Instead of a picture there is
a red X. Could anyone tell me how to get the pictures so I can transload them to
my ftp account? Thanks

I use this and i find it useful, you nolonger need to enter your username and
password again. Look at the script and change it to your server, or duplicate it
for other server.

javascript:/if(document.URL)void(location='http://tools.planetweb.com/cgi-i/pwma\
ster.cgi?URL='+escape(document.URL)+'&Host=YOUR_FTP_SERVER&Password=YOUR_PASSWOR\

That tool is still working fine but what i mean is the prohosting is the
problem, they no longer allow VMI and VMS file so you can upload there but you
can't download back to vmu, Go there and try it.

What do you mean? I just went to
it and it's still up. Or are you saying
it's not functioning?

http://snow.prohosting.com/droleen/shiori2/

I like cgi because is do everything for you, i dont have to go to any ftp, but
my favorite is the bookmarket for that one, If i see a page i like all i have to
do is click on the icon and it automatic save the title in there, no copy or
paste.

your page to vmu and it took 49 blocks and mine page only 23 blocks, How did you
convert them to look that way?

That is how they make hyperbookmark. That only work with hyperbookmark page.

In fact thats right....I did use the c/c/p
from the controller, looking at the source
right at the page instead of the bookmarklet
for planetwebmaster. So it prob looks a bit
different to you that way. :)

I'll leave the page up and not mess with it
anymore. Someone may just need one or two
bookmarklets from it.

I think i know what happen, you copy and paste from your controller (unlock
controller 10 times?), I never do that, i usually use planetweb source viewer.
That why the source look different.

Well one is the link, the other is the
text area. I went to your source and
it looked just like mine, in fact while I was
