im not sure what u meant but heres what i know, maybe it will help u:
PASSPORT.X** and DREAMKEY.X** correspond to the unidentified mime
types files. when u send a file from dc to pc it actually sends the
file in dreamcast encoding. so if u want to send a good PASSPORT or
DREAMKEY file as an attachment from ur pc to ur dc u have to use the
same encoding. i never saw a PASSPORT.V** nor a DREAMKEY.V** but i
know if u send an image from ur pc as an attachment it will be saved
on the VM as a DREAMKEY.P** or PASSPORT.P** if u read it with ur pop
account with dk/dp (till its size is less than 200 blocks i guess)
maybe it will work with videos too (but the size may be too big)
