ok, when you pop up your chab buddy list, there are
THREE screens available...
one is buddy list, one is url scan, one takes you to
your isao account options (a page with 4 or 5 grey
buttons)...
this is where you need to be...
it is where you block people, remove people from you
r buddy list, and a whole bunch of other things that
yo can do...

and the translation danny did above is about this pa
ge of options...
but, i just tried to follow what it said and it was
not the way he says it should be, so, i think they h
ave changed some things, because i know it used to b
e accurate...

so, i am not sure what you should do...
you can have a look at the translation above and see
if you make any sense of what is there now...
