He had a whole bunch of DC tools for use on PC or Dreamcast. I used to create my own VMU pics (displayed on the VMU screen when its plugged in to the DC controller)
using a tool on his site.

I don't think you can use the Dreamkey Webbrowser to edit your savegame. What you could do with it, is backup your savegame after you reached a certain level...
