I also have trouble with playing mpegs. Some moves will load ONLY up to 5%-7%
and start playing.

I've tried clearing the memory thing as soon as the browser has loaded, then
enter the the address of the movie into the URL bar (so it can load the movie
right away instead of going to the site that has it), BUT it still does it.

Very few times will the movie ever load 100%. I have to restart the dreamcast
multiple times until it plays it right.

Even at 5%-7% of the movie loaded, it will still play it, but only the first
second of the whole move.

I've switched ISPs not too long ago, from ISPWest (2 years) -> Basic ISP (2
days) -> 1internet (current). I've had the same problem with all ISP, so it has
to be the browser or dreamcast.

I need instructions to the DreamPassport Options menu...not just a translation.
I need to know what each thing does and should I do something for them.

Does some SP3 browsers work better than others? Will the DP3 browser in Capcom
Vs SNK 2 work better than the DP3 browser in Fire Pro Wresting D?
The standalone DP3 browser gives me the same problems.
