I'm pretty sure it clears everything. I can check that tomorrow, or you can
check it yourself since once a sound file or mpeg file has been loaded in once,
its stored in memory. Try the clear cache trick and then reclick on the sound
file or mpeg file link. If it comes up almost instantly then the cache was not
cleared :(


I personally view the smaller guides on www.gamefaqs.com to be safe.




Also, it could be that the sites you are viewing have added that dreaded
javascript code or software (or whatever it was - its been over a year or so
since I first had a similar problem) that causes the pages to not load
completely on the Dreamcast :(

More than likely it's your connection to the internet. Try disconecting, then reconnect and see if that helps. Also if the cache gets too full it can bog it...

DreamPassport MPEG support is limited due to size limitations. As far as some pages not fully loading it may be too graphic intensive or lots of javascript ads...
