DreamPassports and DreamKey 1.5 or lower dont
fill the full resolution of the dreamcast and
screen. try changing the screen size in the
options to large and it should fill up the screen
for most Tvs.

That could be it. Since Dreamkey and Dreampassport are practically the same code, I wondered if it was your TV - not in a bad way. I know my TV is...

That did it!! Changing the screen size in the options. Now my TV screen is as full as it should be :) Thanks guys!...
