Is it DreamPassport only?

It's for links that normally open in a new window
(those links you click on and nothing happens)

First, clear the URL bar completely, then paste in
the bookmarklet and hit enter (or OK). Afterwards
click the link and it will open up. It's for DreamPassport
or DreamKey browsers. Note on that page there are
two versions....use the one for DP 3.

Best way to save it is as a bookmark, then copy and
use it whenever you need it. Doubt it will work on buttons.
