I just emailed Sega Europe about something and while i
was at it thought i'd enquire about the Elusive
Dreamkey v2.0, here is what they said to me.

So it was in fact released in the UK and presumably
all other European Countries and not just the Later
Countries like Spain, Norway etc to get access to
DreamArena as was previously thought, but was only
available by ordering it from Sega Europe i presume
hence why there seem to be so few about... There must
be some copies around somewhere so hopefully i will
eventually come across one.
