No you dont need a Dricas/Isao Account to sign up and you could sign up on any
browser but obviously on non Jap Browsers the fonts would show up as gibberish.

Actually theres a lot more to it than a My Room, MyRoom seems simple in
comparison, but i guess you cant really compare them as such because they arent
strictly the same. With Gaburi you get a Mail Address, Profile, Diary, BBS and
there are loads of Public BBS's. The Diary part is like a HomePage really from
what i can gather, i havent figured that part out fully yet. You have a
Friend/Buddy List so you can see if Friends are Logged In and you can send them
messages. Its quite good imo but its not very Non Jap friendly so i'm not
suprised no one else hasnt taken the time to check it out.
