Course you can, all you need is a boot disc to boot
them up on your US Dreamcast. Your best bets really is
Ebay if you want an original or you could order a back
up from Jeffma or Morbid Backups. A lot of US Games
that have Online Functions contain Dreamkey v1.0 so
you may already have Dreamkey... No you cannot
temporarily download browsers into the DC Memory like
you could with the Saturn Netlink. There are a few
places you can download some with a PC and burn to
CD-R thou.
