Ive updated the online tool that lets you create your VM icons, now
its compatible with DK/DP/MSIE/Netscape.
One of the new feature is the ability to load an icon from an image
(gif/png/jpeg/xbm) or from a LCD file.
You can load the file from an URL or from your VM/Hard drive.
The result can be saved in VMS, LCD, png, jpeg or xbm.
The interface has been improved too.
You can choose different size of icons, if you just want to make a
small icon it will load faster this way, if you prefere to make a
full size icon you can choose 48x32 (the VMS icon will be cropped to
its max 32x32 size).
I also added a new function to make scroll the entire icon by as much
pixels you want, its a bit slow to load but faster than having to do
it by yourself pixel by pixel.
Soon i will add a link to the LCD animator in the toolbar so you can
make your LCD anims without leaving the drawing tool, the animator
needs improvements tho.
The 1st goal of this tool is to allow DC users to make their VM
icons. PC users could already do it with Dream Animator, now the LCD
Tool has been updated it can do things Dream Animator cant, although
its a bit slower than a C/C++ tool
