I have lost the rusty key and cannot adcance past the first level of the second dungeon. I think I got robbed by a thief! Thieves should not be able to steal important and/or quest items that you can't recover after killing them.

The items being lost when checking into the inn not aware of any other bug that allows items to be
lost, so if you lost segment 1 some way other than by checking into the
in (in a version before 1.1.3) then I need to know how, when, and any
other details you can provide so that we can track down this
(potential?) bug and fix it.
