I've already finished the Demelza adventure including the easter egg
level, but I'm not going back and trying to get into the middle of
the Chamber of Horrors (which I neglected the first time around).

I tried the walkthrough but I still can't seem to get there because
many of the doors listed to get to the middle of Chamber of Horrors
were locked and I couldn't find a way to get past them.

So, for simplicity sake, I'm in front (36,5 Chamber of Dismay) of the
Old Rusty Hinged door. And remember I've finished the levels
objective already by getting the Dragon Bane half, but I just want to
get to the middle section of the Chamber of Horrors.
