I need Stongman Max to join my party so I can get the soli key, but every time I go to his tent I get a sign which says "the strongman exhibit is not here this week."
I have spent two weeks (DBII) time wandering around the wilderness simply to get the clock to move and still no strongman.
Am I doing something wrong or do I have to wander some more before Max finally shows up?
