Help with Sewer 2!!!

I'm on the last stretch of sewer 2, and i need somthing called the
soli key. I know there is one chest in the southest of sewer 1 i
haven't opened but i have no idea how to figure out the puzzle for it!
Is that the key i need, and if not, where do i get the key?
