Hi Matthew,

You need to use the Soli key to enter a special area on Sewer 1 where
the Eye of Soli can be found. Since I don't know exactly where or how
far you are, the best guide is Larry Fluckinger's walkthrough, which
can be found in the Files section of the group under Walkthrus.
