From looking at the code, it seems that it should be exactly the range you ask
for. Before I looked, I thought it was 10-max randomly, but it looks like it
should just be max. Is it only affecting 70' range monsters, or do 50 and 60
etc range sometimes appear closer too?

Hi Gabe, It looks like MONSTER 000 000 000 gives you the exact range you ask for. If a monster summons another monster, it also gives you the exact range. If...
