You're not going to like the answer (you'll be kicking yourself for a while! ;-)). I'm not sure of the answer to the riddle itself - perhaps a statue.
 
I think (it's been a while - I was one of the beta testers) the answer you are looking for is a 7-letter word on one of the columns that begins with "o".

I hate to admit this, but I have been stuck on the riddle in the Goblin's castle in DragonBane 2 for more than a week now. I guess I am no good at riddles. So can someone please tell me: What has eyes but cannot see, feet but cannot run, and can fall down but cannot get up.

Hello, I'm very new at this. I've just entered the first dungeon. It's dark down there <G>. I can't however fogure out how to light torches or cast any sort... 		Scriptor

To light a torch you first have to have it in the inventory of one of your characters. Then just go to the character's inventory and select it (check the box)...

Part of my problem seems to be acessing characters. The help files I have read seem to want me to use my Grafiti panel .... I don't use one on the Tungsten .....
