first of all I would like to thank to all that came to show
it was one of our best shows yet, despite a few problems here and there.
not counting vendors we had approx 31 attendees(I say approx. because I
might have missed a few people who came in and didn't pay, and a few
people didn't sign the sheet)
while the tournaments and raffles didn't go as planned most people still
had fun.
Second I would like to congratulate, our own tournament organizer, Paul
Zimmerman, for not only beating the record on phoenix for the 2600,but
shattering it with a score of 4,014,436.
AVC Online has awarded Paul, with a $50.00 E-Certificate for the AVC
News Stand at Cafepress.com (cafepress.com/avcnews)for being the first
to reach the 3,000,000 mark on the game. (besides seeing the recored
video at TwinGalaxies.com (VGEVO had it for short time as well) you can
also see it at the VGS website, just go the phoenix challenge page and
click on the link)
and Finally, the VGS Package sale has been revised and extended :
The new Package sale consists of the 2009 Program and Poster.
